E-voucher is valid for redemption at KITCHEN (6/F, W Hong Kong) Monday to Sunday (12PM to 9PM) between November 17 to December 31, 2025.
Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time, with cut off time at 6:00PM each day. Orders will be processed the next day for requests made from 6:00PM to 9:00AM. Order will only be confirmed when staff from KITCHEN has contacted guest by phone or email to confirm pickup information and other requests. Please store in a cool and dry place and consume within 2 days of purchase. Please refer to the labelling on the packaging for more details.
eShop items purchased online are non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash or other e-gift certificates, and no cancellation will be honored.

E-voucher with QR code must be presented upon redemption, and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.

All e-vouchers can only be used once.
Any unredeemed e-voucher will not be valid after one month of email confirmation issue date.
In case of loss or damage, e-voucher will not be replaced nor its value refunded.
