As a Certified Sommelier by The Court of Master Sommeliers, Jonathan has led wine programs in multiple The Ritz-Carlton hotels and award-winning establishments across the world, including Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve; two MICHELIN-starred Enoteca by Paco Perez at The Ritz-Carlton, Hotel Arts Barcelona; and three MICHELIN-starred Lasarte by Martin Berastegui.
