Attendees must be aged 18 or about and present valid government ID or travel document.
Real-name registration is required for purchasing each ticket. The name of each ticket holder must be same as the ID card or travel document.
All attendees must follow the venue's house rules during admission and the show. Anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, and the ticket fee will not be refunded.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
W Hong Kong is not responsible for any problems caused by transactions between individuals that are not made through official designated reservation sites. Please purchase safely through the official site.
Tickets purchased online cannot be resold or used for any commercial purposes without written consent from W Hong Kong.
Please note that changes or cancellations cannot be made after the purchase.
A confirmation email and e-ticket will be sent to the patron's designated email address used for the transaction. Customers should ensure the email address is correct, as no change of email address is allowed.
Tickets will not be replaced if lost, defaced or damaged.

A valid ticket must be presented for admission.
Tickets will be redeemed once only at the reception counter for a wristband to gain access to the party.
It is not possible for one person to have multiple tickets and pick up multiple wristbands.
Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
Wristbands are non-transferable.
New wristbands are subject to the at-door ticket price.
Those who remove or lose their wristband while in the party will be asked to leave or repurchase a ticket.
Ticket sales will be stopped once tickets are sold out for all ticket types.
No outside food or beverages, including alcoholic beverages, are allowed on-site.
Dangerous items such as lasers, firecrackers, bottles, cans, and knives are prohibited for a safe pool party.

Only media companies recognized under W Hong Kong can film and report in all areas within the venue.
Photos and videos of portrait works generated by photography and videography (including voice) of all audiences are agreed to be used by W Hong Kong, and W Hong Kong and its affiliates permit all portrait works.
W Hong Kong has the right to use works filmed at the venue commercially, and you may find your portrait permanently in the original or edited form of PR, web, outdoor, digital advertising, and other videos for announcement and promotion of the event.
