E-voucher is valid for redemption at KITCHEN (6/F, W Hong Kong) Monday to Sunday (12PM to 9PM) within one month of email confirmation issue date. Except for seasonal items, in which redemption period is subject to change.
Orders must be placed at least 5 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time, with cut off time at 6:00PM each day. Orders will be processed the next day for requests made from 6:00PM to 9:00AM. Order will only be confirmed when staff from KITCHEN has contacted guest by phone or email to confirm pickup information and other requests. Please consume within 2 hours with time indicated on the takeaway packaging or alternatively:
- Refrigerate the food within 2 hours
- Reheat the food to piping/steaming hot (75oC or above) prior to consumption for hot dishes
- Discard food if not consumed within 24 hours
Takeaway order cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and privileges
