Showcasing over 30 years of mastery in Korean cuisine, he presents a selection of his signature dishes, including authentic stir-fried beef with soy sauce (Bulgogi), beef bone rice cake soup, grilled Gochujang pork belly, premium cold appetizers, and dried persimmon and walnut roll.
