- Items are available for redemption and pick up at 1/F concierge desk, between 9am to 6pm
- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time at W Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
- Our team will contact you directly for delivery arrangement and collect additional delivery fee if applicable.

- Kowloon: HK$180 per address;
- Hong Kong Island: HK$250 per address;
- New Territories and Southern Hong Kong Island: HK$320 per address.
