W Hong Kong is delighted to welcome Head Chef Jeong Soo Choi from JW Marriott Seoul. Showcasing over 30 years of mastery in Korean cuisine, he presents a selection of his signature dishes, including authentic stir-fried beef with soy sauce (Bulgogi), beef bone rice cake soup, grilled Gochujang pork belly, premium cold appetizers, and dried persimmon and walnut roll.

Seafood on Ice:

  • Blue Mussel, Cooked Shrimp, Snow Crab Leg  (Available on Monday to Sunday)
  • Fresh Oysters (Every Friday to Sunday, Public Holiday and Public Holiday Eve)
