A Taste of Seoul Korean Buffet (From June 4, 2026 to September 3, 2026)
W Hong Kong is delighted to welcome Head Chef Jeong Soo Choi from JW Marriott Seoul. Showcasing over 30 years of mastery in Korean cuisine, he presents a selection of his signature dishes, including authentic stir-fried beef with soy sauce (Bulgogi), beef bone rice cake soup, grilled Gochujang pork belly, premium cold appetizers, and dried persimmon and walnut roll. 

Lunch buffet hours: 12:00PM - 2:30PM


Seafood on Ice:

  • Brown Crab, Blue Mussel, Cooked Shrimps (Available on Monday-Sunday)
  • Snow Crab Leg (Available on Saturday-Sunday & Public Holidays)
