E-voucher is valid for redemption at KITCHEN (6/F, W Hong Kong) Monday to Sunday (10AM to 9PM) within one month of email confirmation issue date. Except for seasonal items, in which redemption period is subject to change.
Orders must be placed at least 2 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time, with cut off time at 6:00PM each day. Orders will be processed the next day for requests made from 6:00PM to 9:00AM. Order will only be confirmed when staff from KITCHEN has contacted guest by phone or email to confirm pickup information and other requests. Please store at 2 - 4 °C fridge and consume within 2 days of purchase. Please refer to the labelling on the packaging for more details.
