E-voucher is valid for redemption at KITCHEN (6/F, W Hong Kong) Monday to Sunday (10AM to 9PM) within one month of email confirmation issue date. Except for seasonal items, in which redemption period is subject to change.
Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time, with cut off time at 6:00PM each day. Orders will be processed the next day for requests made from 6:00PM to 9:00AM. Order will only be confirmed when staff from KITCHEN has contacted guest by phone or email to confirm pickup information and other requests. Please store at 2 - 4 °C fridge and consume within 2 days of purchase. Please refer to the labelling on the packaging for more details.
eShop items purchased online are non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash or other e-gift certificates, and no cancellation will be honored.
eShop items purchased online cannot be used to purchase other products online, resell, or used as other commercial purposes without written consent of W Hong Kong.
eShop items purchased cannot be used for promotional activities without the consent of W Hong Kong.
E-voucher with QR code must be presented upon redemption, and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
Marriott Bonvoy™ points cannot be earned upon e-voucher redemption and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
All e-vouchers can only be used once.
Any unredeemed e-voucher will not be valid after one month of email confirmation issue date.
In case of loss or damage, e-voucher will not be replaced nor its value refunded.
W Hong Kong is not responsible for any fraudulent use by third parties if e-voucher is lost or stolen.
W Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms & conditions in relation to the use of the e-vouchers without prior notice.
W Hong Kong reserves the right of final decisions in case of any dispute.
The English version of the terms and conditions of the vouchers prevails if any discrepancy exists between the Chinese and English version.
