As Art Month arrives this March, WOOBAR infuses creativity into gastronomy, illuminating the season with artistic flair. On March 28 and 29, experience the artistic edition of Blossom Honey Afternoon Tea. The culinary team transforms desserts into edible masterpieces: the Lychee Tree , shaped into a cube and adorned with white chocolate blocks and abstract paint-like strokes, evokes the spirit of modern art; the Raw Eucalyptus, inspired by the canelé, is delicately finished with pink butterflies and hand-painted details; while the Blossom, encased in a deep-blue chocolate shell, reveals layers of blueberry and blackcurrant cheesecake within, a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

To complement this artistic experience, we have invited flutist Isa, a busker active across Hong Kong, to perform live at WOOBAR and the hotel’s 6/F Check-in lobby. Known for interpreting Japanese and Hong Kong pop music through her flute, Isa brings a refreshing perspective to this classical instrument, redefining its charm with a modern, melodic touch.
